 We promote a huge, privately owned 428-acre Off-Road riding park, located just outside Montrose, IA. See digital pics below!
Basically, there is a 6-acre parking / MX track / Hill climb area in the front, with the back being all big, rolling woods. LOTS of trails, big, sandy creeks, GREAT riding!! We do alot of maintenance on the crossings and hills, so it stays in pretty good condition. This takes alot of effort and erosion control, but we enjoy it.
Directions: Follow Hwy 61 North out of Keokuk Ia, go 1 mile past the Sinclair Station (on right), turn left (West) on 270th street(gravel road), go 1 mile to park front gate.

Entry into the park is by membership only. Annual membership is $200 for singles, $300 for a family, with children 11 years old and under free. Individuals who purchased a new or used machine from Midwest Performance within the past 2 years will recieve a $50 discount upon purchase of a membership. Members get a key to the gate and have full access year-round. Camping is permitted, only facilities are a maintained porta-pottie. Membership can be purchased at either Midwest Performance in Keokuk or Excite Offroad in Ft. Madison. Non-members who wish to ride in the park are only permitted by going with a current member and purchasing a 1-day pass. Day passes can be purchased at those locations or at Benner's Sinclair Station on Hwy 61 outside Montrose, IA. Call 800-368-2604 or e-mail us from this website with any questions. Members can take friends riding with them only after friend has purchased a 1-day pass. They are issued a dated wrist-band as proof of this and they must be present to sign for pass. One day passes can no longer be purchased on Sunday's, passes must be purchased Monday thru Saturday at the formentioned locations. Park rules are very simple: ** HELMETS REQUIRED ** NO ALCOHOL ** STAY IN PARK BOUNDRIES ** NO TRESPASSING ** Violaters of park rules will lose membership privileges for 2 years without refund and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Non-members caught on property without passes even with a valid member will be charged with tresspassing and that member will lose membership. |
